Shipping policy

Stori currently ships test kits within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy and discretion. Expedited shipping to your address, as well as prepaid return shipping to the Stori laboratory, is included with every order at no additional cost.

Orders placed by 3pm PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm PST ship the next business day. Most orders arrive within 2 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact Stori Support with your order number for assistance.
