Returns
To ensure the highest standards of safety and test integrity, Stori test kits are non-returnable once shipped. All materials are sterile and intended for single use, and therefore cannot be accepted for return.

Order Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact Stori Support as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless otherwise stated.

Inconclusive Results
If your test result is inconclusive, Stori will offer one complimentary replacement kit or a refund—based on your preference. Our goal is to ensure you receive either clear results or a fair resolution.

Accuracy Guarantee
Stori stands behind the accuracy of its test when used as directed and taken at the recommended time. If the confirmed biological sex at birth does not match your Stori result, please contact Support so we can review your case.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and are typically completed within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
